Asian Roasted Broccoli by Colleen Guenther

This is a fast and super delicious way to make/eat broccoli. I make it often for a savory snack too.

What you need:

  • 1 head of broccolli broken into florets
  • chopped ginger
  • chopped garlic
  • 1/2-1 TBS soy sauce
  • 1/2-1 TBS sesame oil
  • squeeze of lime
  • sesame seeds


Put the soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice in a bowl and then add all of the other ingredients except for the sesame seeds. Bake on 450degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and eat!
