Guacamole by Colleen Guenther

As part three of my Mexican Fiesta, I am choosing to make the ever favorite Guacamole. I am calling it Grateful Guacamole because I am so grateful for it's wonderful taste and for the awe-inspiring fruit, avocado (AKA Alligator Pears). It's so easy to make and tremendously satisfying!

What you need:

3 avocados
1-2 Roma tomatoes
1 red onion (small)
Handful of cilantro
Salt
Lime

Dice your avocados, tomatoes and onion and throw them into a pretty bowl (very important). Then, chop your  cilantro and add it to the mix. Then squeeze your lime all around and add a dash of salt.
