Cabbage Salad by Colleen Guenther

Just a quick post on how to do up the ever delicious cabbage. I enjoy it much more on my Mexican dishes than it's homely iceburg cousin. Why you ask? It's got more crunch and it perfectly compliments the Mexican palette. How to make it: Just chop up your cabbage, squeeze a lime over it and add a dash of salt and pepper.... yummmmm... simplicity never tasted so good!
