Classic Mashed potatoes by Colleen Guenther

Classics! They are delicious! Add the Kale and Lentil soup on top as an option too. 

For 4 people!

What you Need:

4 Yukon Gold Potatoes

1/4-1/2 stick of Butter

Salt and Pepper to taste


Peel all potatoes and dice largely. Boil for 20 minutes or so. Drain and mash with the butter and salt and pepper to taste.
