Vegetarian Hard Shell Tacos by Colleen Guenther

These tacos are the bomb!

What you need (serves 2):
1/2 package of Upton Chorizo Seitan in crumbles (chopped finely)
6 - Hard shell Tacos
1/2 package of taco seasoning
2 TBS of water
large dollop of sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
fine chopped onion (rinsed)
1/2 cup salsa
minced jalapeno (optional)
cilantro (optional)

Sautee your seitan in a lil olive oil until browned while baking your taco shells to their directions. Then, add the taco seasoning and water and stir. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. When your shells are done, fill them and EAT!
