2 c flour
1 T baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 c buttermilk
4 eggs (beat before adding)
1 c melted butter
Mix all dry ingredients. Add in buttermilk, beaten eggs and melted butter and stir until smooth.
Don’t overfill your waffle iron…these rise so much that it tends to lift up the top of the iron and takes away from the baking of the corners.
