What you Need:
1 head of cabbage cut into florets
2 TBS Dijon Mustard
1 TBS butter (softened)
1 TBS Olive Oil
1/4 finely fresh (chopped) or dried Thyme
1 small handful of parsley finely chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cauliflower is tender to the touch with a fork (be careful to not overcook).
