Cassoulet Bean Salad by Colleen Guenther

This salad is just so dang good!

Cook Cassoulet Beans and add them to these items:

Thinly slice all of these ingredients in the proportions that sound good to you.

Radish
celery
fennel
red onion
celery
finely chopped parsley

then drizzle white wine vinegar, salt and EEOO on top. Mix and eat!
