Goat Cheese Berry Croistinis by Robin Krause

This is a very easy recipe but uber delicious! Simply bake some croistinis, top with goat cheese and make a little cherry jam. Robin Krause thought this up (of course!). Dang she is SOOOO talented! For the jam, take some jam that is almost gone and add fresh cherries, strawberries, whatever! Then, add some fresh squeezed juice from the berry of your choice, stir gently and serve with the croistinis and goat cheese.
