Olive Tapenade by Colleen Guenther

One word! Delicious! Everyone knows how great the store bought tapenade tastes, but why not make it fresh? It's easy and even more worth it!

What you need:
2 Cups of black and green olives (visit your local olive bar and have a hay day filling your two cups up)
2 garlic cloves
1 handful of fresh Italian parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
1/2 handful of fresh basil
1 teaspoon of capers
Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and serve! Top with feta and a squeeze if lemon if so inspired!
