Product Review - La Perla Flour Tortillas

All I have to say is WOW! As you may know, my husband and I are huge Mexican food fans and have largely toured the robust selection of local and non-local flour tortilla varieties available at the various Twin Cities grocers and Farmers Markets. Recently, we were awestruck by the fresh tortillas sold at the local Downtown Mpls farmers market but the La Perla Flour Tortillas blow those, and any of the others that we have tasted in the last decade, completely out of the water! They are fresh, delicate, airy and brown up to an amazingly light and crisp tortilla (when making quesadillas). Generally, after making and consuming a bean flour quesadilla, we are satisfied and full. But, after having a La Perla flour quesadilla, we each had a simple cheese quesadilla to keep the goodness going. They are truly amazing! So, why don't you give them a try?

Cheers to awesomeness!

Oh, on a side note, we have not visited the actual store since we just discovered these this evening, but we did find them at Senterz in NE Mpls. Note though that the actual business address is:

2616 27th Ave S
MinneapolisMN 55406
Neighborhood: Seward

And, after further searches, it also looks like they make and sell:

BTW, I will be trying out these other products ASAP! I'll let you know what I discover...
